Tree 360
A field-service app for tree care companies. It carries a job from the first phone call to the money in the bank: taking the bid in the customer's yard, pricing it, sending it for approval, putting it on a crew's day, tracking hours and equipment, and invoicing when the work is done.
It runs on a phone in the field and on a computer in the office, and it keeps working when the signal does not.
What it costs
Tree 360 is sold as a monthly subscription. The price depends on which tier a company needs and how many people sign in:
- Tier by capability — from a single-truck outfit running bids and invoices, up to a company running multiple crews, payroll and its own books.
- Seats — office seats and crew seats are counted separately, because a crew leader and a bookkeeper do not cost the same to serve.
- Add-ons — storm and insurance work, fleet and shop, and text-to-bid are sold separately for companies that need them.
- Usage passed through — text messages and phone numbers are billed at what they cost us, not marked up.
Quotes are given per company. Get in touch and we will price it against the size of the operation.
Card payments
A company using Tree 360 can invoice its customers by card. When it does, the tree company is the merchant of record — their name is on the customer's card statement, the money settles into their own bank account on their own payout schedule, and refunds and disputes are theirs to handle from their own Stripe dashboard.
IndustU takes a small percentage of each card payment as a platform fee, capped per transaction, and it is shown to the company before they switch card payments on. Card processing fees are Stripe's and are charged to the company directly.
Payments are processed by Stripe. IndustU never stores full card numbers.
Who we are
IndustU LLC is a Missouri limited liability company. Tree 360 is its registered fictitious name. The software was built alongside Quality Tree LLC and Advanced Tree Care LLC, two working tree services, which is why it is shaped like the job rather than like a database.
What is coming
IndustU is being built as a platform for more than one trade. The next pieces are a directory where homeowners can see which local companies their neighbours stand behind, and product lines for trades beyond tree care. Neither is available yet, and nothing on this page is sold on the promise of them.
